Horizontal Baler and conveyor

This Horizontal  Baler and feed Conveyor was specially made to fit into the customers site.

Space was tight but we were able to design the equipment in a way that it fitted perfectly.

We are also able to design the conveyor so the customer could reuse their bin lift system

Multinational Company, Munster

AMK Recycling Services was hired to supply a glass crusher to this company. As standard, the glass crusher we supply uses a 240ltr wheelie bin to hold the crushed glass. Our client uses a specific type of container to store their glass bottles, and wanted to do the same with their crushed glass.

AMK Recycling Services retrofitted the glass crusher to accommodate the clients existing containers. This helped them to improve their crushing rate while still allowing them to use the containers they already had on-site.

Vistakon, Limerick

The client required a bespoke baler so they could load the machine from a dock-levelling position. AMK Recycling Services were able to supply a machine to suit the clients needs.

This vertical baler is unique due to the fact that the machine is loaded from the rear, at a height, and the bale is then ejected on ground level from the front.
